Email Us Your Order

Use our dedicated Order form to place your request through to us.

Order Sent Reviewal

We will look at the request and get back to you on whether it can be done or if further inquiry from yourselves is needed

Costing Processed

Following successful review of your quotation, we will request a downpayment to be made before the job can begin.

Print Job Established

The fun part of us fulfilling your request. Timeframe of completion would depend on the scale of items to be printed.

Documentation Packaged

Once completed we will package the items so that the printed product remains in impeccable condition.

Delivery To Customer

Once the job is complete and we package the items for you, we would deliver it to you at a safe and specified location.

Our Printing Offerings

Standard Printing

Here we provide the usual tried and true printing service which can range from the standard letter prints to photo printing. This can happen either on matte paper or glossy depending on your choice.

Photocopying

We provide high quality photocopies for your ever important documentation such as IDs, passports and birth certificates. These copies will be performed on Matte paper due to the nature of how the copies are done.

Scanning

In the event that you want to upload a physical document to a digital space, we have you covered with our scanning services. We support up to the usual letter size.

Laminating

For occasions where you want to have your document laminated for craft projects or for a clean protective finish we have you covered.

Duplex Printing

For instances where you want to have a double-sided document to not only save on paper printed but to perform prints needed for important documentation or craft work.

Borderless Printing

In order to give you a clean edge-to-edge finish, we have you covered with our Borderless option. This is performed with glossy paper and it can be very useful for items such as wedding/funeral programs.

Your Printing Questions Answered

How long would it take for my order to be processed?

It all depends on Customer order. Whilst all orders are treated with high priority; small-scale printing projects range between 1 minute to 2-3 hours.

Large-scale projects with a printing volume of 300 pages and up would take approximately 1 to 3 days to complete.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by filling out our contact form and specifying job that you would like performed.

Following this you can expect a response from us to verify the job and its respective costs.

How am I compensated for damages?

We will do our best to compensate for damages to documentation made through any negligence in our actions.

What is considered to be custom work?

Any items not listed on our site for printout or design would be considered as custom work.

This can range from creating programs and providing prints of said programs which may be at an uncommon print size.

The price of this will vary depending on the difficulty and scope of the project at hand.

What are the guidelines to providing files?

Please ensure that your print files are in PDF or Word (.doc or .docx) format for documentation.

Any imagery to print must be sent to us as a high quality jpg or png file.

If adjustments would need to be made to ensure a clean finish we will let you know.

Do you provide delivery?

Yes we do (within Trinidad and Tobago). However, delivery cost varies based on Customer location.

What does GSM mean?

GSM is an acronym that stands for Grams per Square Metre. It is a unit of measurement used for understanding the thickness of a sheet of paper.

The higher the GSM, the thicker/ heavier the paper will be. The lower the GSM, the thinner/lighter the paper will be.

Do you provide binding services?
